Preparing for your Trip

BWCA Clinic

Food:

Fresh real food menu- no freeze dried rations.

The first three days of the journey, we will have fresh food such as steak, bacon, sausage, eggs, and hamburger and (of course) fish everyday. fish-bwcaFish will be prepared a variety of creative ways for lunch with camp fries. For dinner, we will have pizza, quesadillas, and summer sausage burritos. We won’t forget the mac & cheese!  Be ready for bagel sandwiches and berry pancakes for breakfast.  I also will provide everybody with their own bag of GORP which contains chocolates, nuts, dried fruits and various candies.  This is a good source of energy on travel days and for those days you don’t want to leave your productive fishing hole.
